Portable Synthetic Ice Rink Rentals for Knoxville and East Tennessee

Rinks-R-Us is based in Oak Ridge, TN near Knoxville and primarily serves Tennessee and surrounding states throughout the Southeast. Our project experience includes Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, Illinois and Kansas, with a Mississippi event scheduled this season. We are also willing and equipped to support projects anywhere in the United States, subject to event dates, rink size, rental duration and transportation logistics.

Pricing depends on the rink size, rental duration, event location, delivery requirements, site conditions and requested staffing or operational support. Share your dates, location, estimated attendance and desired rental period to receive a customized quote.

Available configurations generally range from approximately 1,100 to 4,300 square feet, accommodating roughly 20 to 80 skaters at one time. Our most popular option is a 2,200-square-foot rink, which comfortably accommodates up to 40 skaters at one time. Single-day, multi-day and multi-week rentals are available. Final capacity depends on the rink configuration and event operation.

Standard packages include the synthetic ice surface, perimeter boards and gate, youth and adult skates, storage racks, skate-sharpening equipment, skating aids, general liability insurance, delivery and installation and removal supervision. Mats, benches, staffing and other event support are included when appropriate for the selected package.

The rink requires a firm, level surface such as concrete, asphalt, a parking lot, tennis court or indoor floor. No water, refrigeration or freezing weather is required. Delivery access and any electrical needs are confirmed during planning. Clients typically provide three to five helpers for installation and removal unless additional labor is included in the quote.
